Gekker Publishing is a privately owned company in the PNW, dedicated to the advancement of literary excellence.

 

The type of books we publish varies greatly, but all tend toward the unique and unusual. We guarantee that Gekker's books are wholly unlike anything else on the market today.

 

Born from a desire to share talented new voices from around our region and beyond, Gekker Publishing began as an online quarterly of short story, poetry, essay, and art.

 

Though we have since shifted toward book publishing, we continue our grassroots efforts with The Gekker Collection: a semiannual publication much like our old quarterly, though distributed as chapbooks in bookstores across the northwest.
